This year’s WCOOP has drawn to a close with Yevgeniy ‘Jovial Gent’ Timoshenko taking down the main event. The Ukrainian born pro outlasted a huge field of 2,144 runners to take home the first prize of $1,715,200. The million-dollar payday was only his second highest cash this year though. Amazingly enough this is not the young poker players biggest cash in 2009 as he already won WPT World Championship at the Bellagio back in April where he cashed $2,149,660.
